Sidewall damage can't be plugged — that's safety gospel. We assess on-site, swap to the spare, and give you an honest read on whether the tire is repair-shop-repairable or needs replacement. No upsell, just the call.
No spare in the trunk? We've got a $40 authorization hold for tow coordination to the nearest open shop. We stay with the vehicle until the flatbed hooks, no extra fee for the wait. Add-on price ranges $40 plus the tower's rate.

You call, we dispatch from the nearest idle van on the Biscayne / 125th grid. Tech arrives, sets the triangle, breaks the lugs, jacks the car, swaps the spare, and torques in a star pattern to manufacturer spec.
If the foreign object hit the tread (never the sidewall), we pull it, ream the puncture channel, insert a vulcanized plug from the inside, and re-inflate. Plug-only is acceptable for most slow leaks; plug + interior patch is the gold standard for highway-speed driving.
A sidewall hit — bulge, slash, or impact gouge — can't be safely repaired. Industry rule, not ours. We swap to the spare, document the damage with a phone photo, and tell you exactly what to ask the tire shop. Most sidewalls are replacement territory.

Yes, from 15" to 22" — including staggered setups common on rear-wheel-drive sedans. (Run-flat tires are the one exception — we don't service those.)
We carry a portable inflator that runs off the van's 12V outlet. If the spare won't hold pressure, we shift to diagnostic and coordinate the tow. The $40 hold is still refundable if we can't fix anything.
Yes — leave it in. We pull the object during the repair so debris doesn't enter the channel while we work. Removing it yourself risks damaging the belts.
We don't service run-flat tires — no swap, no plug, no exceptions. We'll tell you straight on the phone and point you to your dealer or a run-flat specialist instead.

Light commercial only — vans up to 1-ton, pickup trucks. Heavy-duty semi or box trucks need a different service; we'll refer you to a partner shop on NW 7th Ave.
