Base zone at NW 7th Ave. Trucks run a tight radius along Biscayne and I-95 so we can actually hit that 15-minute arrival promise. Outside the ring? Call — sometimes we stretch for repeat customers.
Trucks stage near NW 7th Ave & 125th and roll in concentric rings. The inner ring gets the full 15-min promise; the outer ring (Ojus, Bal Harbour border) we quote honestly at 20–25 min depending on traffic on US-1 or I-95.

A phone call. Calls ring directly to the tech on shift during dispatch hours (7a–11p weekdays, 8a–9p Sundays). Texts are read between jobs, usually within 5–10 minutes. The form just holds a slot — it doesn't replace talking to the tech who'll actually do the work.
Yes — 11 PM is well inside our weeknight window (5 PM–7 AM). Weekends we never close. The only window we're closed is weekday daytime, 7 AM–5 PM.
It locks your slot. Dispatch is one-at-a-time — we don't oversell ETAs. The $40 holds the appointment via Stripe, gets applied to your final invoice, and refunds automatically if we can't make the window. You see the charge, then the credit, on your statement.

Our 15-minute promise covers the Biscayne/125th corridor tight radius. We stretch into Ojus, NE 163rd, Bal Harbour border, and parts of Miami Shores regularly — usually 20–25 min. For Aventura, North Miami Beach, or south of NE 87th, call first; we'll tell you honestly if a truck is free.
Text a photo with your vehicle year/make/model. Plug repairs are flat-rate (+$10 over the swap base). Sidewall damage usually means total loss — we'll tell you on the photo whether it's worth a swap or you need a tow to a tire shop.
Our dispatch desk is fully bilingual EN/ES. Creole (HT) and Portuguese (PT) speakers are on shift most weekends — if your call lands on a tech who doesn't speak your language, they patch you to one who does within a minute or two. French coverage on weekday mornings.
We're not a walk-in storefront — we dispatch from the NW 7th Ave base zone. If you can safely drive to us with a flat, call ahead and we'll meet you curbside. Most of our work is roadside, parking lot, or highway shoulder — that's the whole point.
