About the crew · Est. on Biscayne Blvd

The pro-shop that rolls up to your curb on the North Miami corridor.

We're a small, certified mobile tire unit built by people who got tired of seeing drivers stranded on I-95 or stuck in a Biscayne Plaza lot waiting an hour for a tow that never quite specializes in tires. We carry new spares, plugs, patches, a torque wrench, a bead-sealer, and a real diagnostic mindset — and we run the 125th corridor like a workshop on wheels.

Our story

Started by a dispatcher who watched too many Biscayne flats sit for 90 minutes.

North Miami Mobile Tire was built in a one-bay garage off NE 123rd Street, two blocks east of Biscayne. The founder spent six years answering roadside calls for a national club and kept seeing the same gap: drivers on the 125th corridor, on the I-95 spurs, in Winn-Dixie lots off Biscayne, waiting forever for a tire truck that arrived with one wrong-sized spare and no plug kit. The whole model was throughput, not craft.

We built the opposite. Two trucks. Two certified technicians. A real inventory of 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20-inch spares. A plug and patch kit that lives in the truck year-round. A torque wrench calibrated weekly. A dispatch board that respects your time, not the tech's schedule. When you call, we look at your tire size on the call, we confirm your zone, and we tell you an honest ETA — usually between 12 and 18 minutes if you're anywhere from Ojus down to the Bal Harbour border.

We're not a hub. We're not a franchise. We're a local mobile tire outfit that decided pro-shop discipline could fit on a truck bed, and that North Miami drivers deserved a service that took the work — measuring tread, torqueing lugs to spec, sealing beads, refusing to mount a dry-rotted spare — as seriously as a real shop would.

The crew

Two trucks. Three technicians. One dispatch board.

Small by design. We know each truck, each tire size, each Biscayne side-street short-cut by name. We're not a call-center routing jobs to whoever is closest — we're a local unit running our own routes.

How a job runs

The same four steps, every time, no matter the tire.

A spare swap shouldn't feel like a mystery. Here's exactly what happens between your call and us driving off the curb.

01 · CALL

Confirm size & zone

We pull your tire size from the sidewall code on the phone, confirm your corridor, and lock an ETA before you ever give us the address.

02 · DISPATCH

Truck rolls

The closest stocked truck leaves the yard with your specific spare size on board. We text when we're two minutes out so you're not standing in the sun.

03 · SWAP

On-the-spot install

We loosen the flat, mount the spare, hand-torque the lugs in a star pattern, set the spare to the manufacturer PSI, and verify your damaged tire is road-safe or a tow is needed.

04 · PAPER

Torque log emailed

You get a torque log, tread depth reading, and a damage photo before we leave. Useful for insurance, useful for your mechanic, useful for your records.

Asked on the curb

What drivers want to know before they book.

Are you actually a real shop, or just a guy with a truck?

We're a certified mobile tire service operating out of a North Miami yard. Every lead tech is ASE T/TS certified. We run calibrated torque wrenches, stocked spare inventories by diameter, and a documented torque log on every job. We're a pro shop on wheels, not a one-person gig.

How long have you been doing this?

The unit launched in 2019 after several years of dispatch-side research. We currently run two trucks and three rotating technicians across the Biscayne / 125th / Ojus corridor.

Do you only do tires, or can you help with other roadside stuff?

Tires only — and that's deliberate. Spare swaps, plug-and-patch repairs, diagnostic, and sidewall assessment. We won't touch brakes, alternators, or fuel systems because that's not what we're best at. We'll happily refer you to a trusted shop if your problem is bigger than a tire.

What if you don't have my tire size on the truck?

We confirm your tire size on the call before dispatch. If we don't carry it, we tell you immediately and refer you to a partner unit. We will not show up with the wrong spare.

Are your techs certified?

Yes. Every lead tech holds ASE T/TS certification and a Florida-specific tire service registration. We can confirm credentials on the call.

Do you offer same-day tire sales?

We carry a small inventory of spares for swap duty. For new tire sales (full sets, replacements beyond a spare), we can deliver and mount from a partner warehouse, usually within 24 hours.

Can I pay with a card on-site?

Yes. Card tap, card swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For booking holds we run Stripe; on the curb we run a portable terminal with a printed receipt.

What if my tire has a sidewall blowout and I don't have a spare?

We come out, confirm the sidewall damage can't be safely repaired, and either mount a spare if you have one in the trunk, tow you to the nearest open shop, or help you source a replacement. We do the triage; you make the call.

Stranded on Biscayne, the 125th on-ramp, or somewhere off NE 163rd?

Tell us your tire size and your corridor. We'll quote an honest ETA before you ever give us the address — and we'll tell you on the call if we can't help.
