How we verify every review that shows up on this site.

No fake counts. No review-discount trades. No imported testimonials from other markets. Every quote on the North Miami reviews page is tied to a real dispatch ticket, a real Biscayne / 125th-corridor job, and a verifiable customer. Here is exactly how we confirm it.

Verification rules

The six checks a review must clear before it goes live.

The reviews page is not a marketing decoration. It is a public ledger of what actually happened in Biscayne / NE 125th / Ojus / NE 163rd / Bal Harbour-border jobs. Here is the exact criteria, in plain language.

01 · Job match
Every quote must trace back to a real dispatch ticket with a service date, a North Miami zone code (NM-BIS, NM-125, NM-163, NM-OJUS, NM-BH), and a closed status. We do not import reviews from other markets, sister operations, or third-party lead platforms.
02 · Customer consent
We contact the customer by SMS or phone after the job. The customer must approve the review text, the first name, and the neighborhood before anything is published. If they say no, the review is deleted — full stop.
03 · No review-discount
We do not offer discounts, free plug patches, priority dispatch, or future service credits in exchange for a review. Reviews are not for sale at any price. This is visible on the dispatcher console as policy.discount_trade = DISABLED.
04 · No synthetic counts
We will never display a manufactured star count. If we have not verified at least one real review for the period, we show a dash (—). We will not round up, average a low number with internal notes, or invent social proof.
05 · Real quote, no editing
The text on the reviews page is what the customer sent, lightly trimmed only for length and PII redaction. We never rewrite for tone. We never add adjectives. If the review is short, it stays short.
06 · Removal rights
A customer can request removal of their review at any time, for any reason, with no follow-up questions. The edit window is open for 30 days after publication; the removal window never closes.
Audit trail

From dispatch call to published review.

The verification process is part of the dispatcher's job, not a separate marketing step. Here is the path a real review walks before it lands on the public page.

T-MINUS · 00:00
Job is dispatched and closed
A North Miami mobile tire call comes in (spare swap, plug patch, highway blowout, parking-lot flat, diagnostic, etc.). The technician closes the ticket with zone, time-on-scene, ETA, and outcome. A unique dispatch ID is generated.
T-PLUS · 02:00
Cool-down window starts
We wait at least 2 hours after the job closes before asking for a review. This prevents heat-of-the-moment quotes and lets the customer notice the result in real driving on Biscayne Blvd or I-95.
T-PLUS · 48:00
Review request is sent
An SMS goes out from the dispatch line: "Was the Biscayne / NE 125th job OK? Reply with a short review if you'd like it on the site." No coupon code. No prize draw. No urgency timer. Just an ask.
T-PLUS · 50:00
Reply is logged against the ticket
If the customer replies, the text is captured in our internal ledger against the original dispatch ID. We do not store it on third-party review platforms that sell lead data back to tire shops.
T-PLUS · 72:00
Customer confirms publication
We text back: "Thanks. We'd like to use this on our North Miami reviews page with your first name and neighborhood. Reply YES to publish, NO to skip." Only YES replies go live.
T-PLUS · 96:00
Review appears on the public page
First name + neighborhood (e.g. "Marcus · Ojus" or "Diane · NE 163rd") appears on the reviews carousel. Full last name, phone, plate, address, and dispatch notes are never published.
What you should never see

Anti-patterns we refuse to use.

There are common shortcuts in the roadside tire industry that artificially inflate a shop's reputation. We do not use any of them. If you spot one on this site, please report it — it is a bug.

No fake star count. If we have 3 verified reviews, we show 3 — not "200+ five-star reviews".
No imported testimonials. Reviews from other markets, sister operations, or generic copy are never pasted in.
No photo stock of customers. We do not stage "happy customer" photos with paid models in workwear.
No silent edits. If we trim a review for length, the customer sees the trimmed version before publication.
No third-party review widgets that resell data. We host our own reviews, not Google/Yelp/Trustpilot embeds.
Provenance

Where each quote came from.

Every review on the reviews page carries a small metadata footer. Here is what each piece means, and what we will not disclose even if asked.

What we publish

First name (or initials), neighborhood zone (Biscayne, NE 125th, NE 163rd, Ojus, Bal Harbour-border, etc.), job type (spare swap, plug patch, diagnostic, sidewall, etc.), and the verified review text. We also publish a dispatch month so you can correlate against your own memory of when the work happened.

What we keep private

Full last name, phone number, email, license plate, exact address, payment data, and the dispatcher's internal notes about the job. None of this is shared with review platforms, ad networks, AI training corpora, or lead-gen resellers. Our internal ledger stays internal.

Read the privacy policy →

What we never do

We do not aggregate reviews across operators, do not blend internal notes into the displayed star average, and do not post a "trending this week" count. If we have one verified review from this month, the count is one — even if we closed forty jobs. The honest number is the only number.

How to dispute or remove

If you are a past customer and want a review changed or removed, reply STOP-R to any of our SMS, or call +1 (786) 949-9563. We remove within one business day, no questions, no exit interview. We also accept corrections if we got a detail wrong about the job itself.
