Yes. That is one of our most common calls. We will either bring a fresh loaner tire that fits your vehicle, or tow you to the nearest open tire shop on the corridor for a same-day replacement. No, and any honest shop will tell you the same. Sidewall damage cannot be safely plugged or patched — it is a structural failure of the tire. The right move is a spare swap (if you have one) or a tow to a tire shop. We will not inflate, glue, or "make do" with a sidewall blowout. That is a safety line we will not cross for $65 or $650.
No — we don't service run-flat tires. If yours has lost pressure, we'll tell you straight on the phone and point you to your dealer or a run-flat specialist rather than waste your time on the shoulder.
The tech carries a wireless card terminal. Tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp all work. We can also send a text-pay link if you are away from the vehicle. The $40 hold is the only Stripe touchpoint before arrival.
Yes. Every tech in the fleet holds ASE T/TS certification and Florida-specific tire service registration. Proof of certification is available on request before dispatch.
Light rain is no problem — we work through it and torque to spec wet. Active thunderstorms with lightning on the corridor are a different call. If conditions are unsafe for the tech or for you standing outside the vehicle, we will hold the dispatch, shelter in place with you, and roll the moment it clears. No charge for the wait.
